Your new home is almost ready! It is especially important to keep close contact with your import coordinator; delivery can be very prompt once your shipment has cleared customs. On the day of delivery to your new home:

• Our delivery crew will protect the floors, doorways, and any vulnerable areas prior to moving in any items.
• All items will be carefully unloaded and crosschecked against the packing inventory.
• Upon completion of unpacking and positioning, you will be asked to sign a delivery report confirming that all items have been delivered and that unpacking has been completed to your satisfaction.

In the unlikely event of any damaged or missing items, please note those discrepancies on the delivery report. If you have opted for our insurance service, inform the claims center in writing; instructions for making a claim are listed on the insurance contract.
