Your move coordinator is your primary contact during your move and will:

• Pre-plan your move, factoring all of your requirements and concerns.
• Ensure that all processes are implemented in the safest and most efficient manner.
• Assist you with all necessary customs clearance processes.
• Address any concerns you have along the way.

Your packing supervisor manages the physical processes of your move. Should you have specific packing instructions, your crew supervisor will ensure that all details are communicated to the packing crew.
Your import coordinator is your point of contact at your destination. This person is responsible for monitoring your shipment, customs clearance, and arranging all delivery and unpacking dates.
